Hate To Love

Growing up, there are many things we learn to dislike about ourselves as women, e.g “I hate the shape of my breasts” or “I hate how thick my thighs are “ or “I hate the way my toes look”. We create this big mountain around whatever body part that is and we don’t realize it, but it tailors how we dress and how we conduct ourselves.

We create this wall of pity around ourselves because of this thing that we don’t like. Once we reach a point of acceptance and self-love, it changes things around. We now make a conscious decision to love those things, despite the way they look or how unpopular they are.
