"TALITHA KOUM" - Little girl, I say, get up! Mark 39:42, NIV

Are you living below your potential because of what someone said to you? Are you waiting for things to get easier for you to step up to your God-given purpose?

In Mark 39, a little girl is sick and ends up dying before Jesus arrives. When Jesus comes, He tells them she is only sleeping, but they laugh at Him. Jesus miraculously raises the girl up and she begins to walk around again.

Some of you have had people give up on you and say you will never be successful in anything. You have let peoples' discouragement keep you from taking steps towards your dreams. They have called you "dead" but Jesus knows you are only sleeping. Now is your time to rise up - TALITHA KOUM!

Do not let what someone else says dictate what you can/cannot do. Let what God says guide you. Remember, you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you! (Philippians 4:13, NIV).

Take that step of faith and do what you have been called to do as a woman of God!
