For human beings, nothing is ever enough. We're controlled by insatiable desires and so far, it seems like life is a relentless pursuit of the bigger and the better. These days, I've found myself reminiscing about my days in my mother's womb; chilling, kicking every now and then and just being relaxed. I think that's what I've been missing the most: the peace. A quick scroll through my Twitter feed and people are craving to go into 3-month comas just to catch their breath.

Good people, we are exhausted. We're psychologically, emotionally and physically drained, and it's only been 3 months of the year. We can blame it on retrogrades, sluggish economic growth or bad friendships. But ultimately, it must be recognised and managed.
The journey to contentment and peace can be treacherous at times, so don't play yourself. Try to rest up and take stock of your progress thus far; we're not done climbing yet.
